How do I create a GuestConnect account?+

Go to the sign-up page, fill in your details and confirm your email. Registration is free and takes less than 2 minutes.

Can I change my booking after confirmation?+

Yes, subject to the listing's availability. Go to your "My bookings" space and click "Edit".

How does the refund process work for cancellations?+

The amount refunded depends on the host's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel. Service fees are non-refundable.

Is my personal data protected?+

Yes. All your data is encrypted and never sold to third parties. See our privacy policy for more details.

How do I report a problem during my stay?+
